This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do with ZaxSocial. It is part of our Terms of Service and protects your customers, other businesses and the channels we depend on.
No spam or unsolicited bulk messages
Do not use ZaxSocial to send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, to send bulk promotions to bought or scraped lists, or to message people repeatedly after they ask you to stop.
Opt-in for WhatsApp templates
WhatsApp template messages may only be sent to people who have given you permission to contact them on WhatsApp. Keep a record of how you got that permission and honour opt-out requests straight away.
WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies
You must follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. Among other things, you may not use WhatsApp to sell prohibited goods or services, and your business information must be accurate.
Telegram anti-spam rules
Your bot must follow Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot Developer Terms. Do not use your bot to spam users, collect data you do not need or impersonate other services.
Prohibited content
Do not use ZaxSocial to send, store or promote:
- illegal goods or services, including drugs, weapons and counterfeit products;
- fraud, scams, phishing, pyramid schemes or deceptive offers;
- hate speech, harassment, threats or content that incites violence;
- sexual content involving minors, or adult content where it is not allowed;
- content that impersonates another person or business, or misleads people about who you are;
- malware or content that infringes other people's rights.
AI misuse
Do not instruct the AI assistant to deceive people in harmful ways, to make claims you cannot back up, or to pretend to be a human where the law or the platform requires you to disclose that a reply is automated. Do not try to make the assistant reveal other users' data or bypass our safeguards.
Rate limits and enforcement
ZaxSocial applies limits to protect the service and the channels, for example daily AI reply caps and sending limits. Do not try to get around them.
If you break this policy we may, depending on how serious it is: send you a warning, limit features, suspend your account, or terminate your account. Where possible we will tell you why. Meta or Telegram may also take action on your business accounts independently of us.
Reporting abuse
To report abuse of ZaxSocial, write to support@zaxsocial.cloud with as much detail as you can. We review every report.
