Embedded Signup is the fastest way to connect. It opens Meta's own window, so your Facebook password never passes through ZaxSocial.

Before you start

• A Facebook account that can manage your business (or create one in the flow).
• A phone number that can receive an SMS or a call. It must not be registered in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business phone app at the same time. Move the number out of the app first, or use a new number.

Steps

1. Go to WhatsApp › Connect and tap Continue with Facebook.
2. Choose or create your business portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account.
3. Add your phone number, pick a display name and confirm the code Meta sends you.
4. Allow the permissions Meta asks for. ZaxSocial needs them to read and send messages for you.
5. Back in ZaxSocial, wait for Connected. We subscribe your account to messages and register the number automatically.

Check it works

Send a WhatsApp message to your business number from another phone. It should appear in Chats within seconds.
