Connect WhatsApp manually (Phone Number ID, WABA ID, token)
Use the manual option when you already run your own Meta app or when Embedded Signup is not available for your business.
What you need

The token must include the permissions whatsapp_business_messaging and whatsapp_business_management, and the system user must be assigned to your WhatsApp Business Account.
Steps
- Go to WhatsApp › Connect › Connect manually.
- Paste the Phone Number ID, WABA ID and token. The token is encrypted before it is stored.
- Tap Connect. ZaxSocial checks the token, subscribes your WABA to our webhook and registers the number.
Temporary tokens from the API Setup page expire after 24 hours. Always use a system-user token for a lasting connection.
