Your customers chat with a Telegram bot that belongs to your business. ZaxSocial answers through that bot.

Create the bot

1. In Telegram, open @BotFather (it has a blue check mark).
2. Send /newbot.
3. Choose a display name, for example Ada's Kitchen.
4. Choose a username that ends in bot, for example AdasKitchenBot.
5. BotFather replies with a token that looks like 123456789:AA…. Copy it.

Keep the token safe

The token is the key to your bot. Paste it only into ZaxSocial. If it ever leaks, send /revoke to BotFather and connect again with the new token.
