Delete your account and data

Download your data first

Go to Settings › Security › Download my data. We prepare a ZIP with your profile, settings, conversations metadata, tickets and payment history, and notify you when it is ready. The link works for 7 days.

Delete your account

  1. Go to Settings › Security › Delete account.
  2. Read what is deleted and what is kept.
  3. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

We disconnect your WhatsApp and Telegram channels, delete your conversations, media and knowledge files, and sign you out everywhere. Payment and wallet records are kept in pseudonymised form for accounting, as the law requires.

Active AI plans and wallet balances are not refunded after deletion. More details: Data deletion.
