ZaxSocial answers your WhatsApp and Telegram customers for you with an AI assistant, and lets you jump in whenever you want. This guide gets you from a new account to your first automatic reply.

1. Connect a channel

Open Home and tap Connect WhatsApp or Connect Telegram. WhatsApp uses Meta's official signup window; Telegram only needs a bot token from BotFather. Each guide walks you through every screen.

2. Tell the AI about your business

Go to AI Assistant and write a few lines about what you sell, your prices, delivery areas and opening hours. Upload a price list or menu as a knowledge file so the assistant can quote it.

3. Try it in the playground

The playground lets you chat with your assistant before customers do. You get a few free previews every day even without a plan.

4. Turn on AI replies

AI replies need an active AI plan. Pick a plan on the AI Plan tab, then switch AI on for the channel. From then on every new customer message gets an answer in seconds.

5. Install the app and allow notifications

Installing ZaxSocial on your phone gives you a full-screen app and notifications when a customer needs you.
