ZaxSocial is a web app you install from your browser. There is nothing to download from an app store, and updates arrive automatically.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open https://app.zaxsocial.cloud/ in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button (on iOS 26, tap ••• first, then Share).
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
4. Open ZaxSocial from your home screen. Notifications only work from the installed app on iPhone.

Android

1. Open https://app.zaxsocial.cloud/ in Chrome.
2. Tap Install when Chrome offers it, or open the ⋮ menu and choose Install app.

Computer

In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon at the end of the address bar. On a Mac with Safari, choose File › Add to Dock.

After installing

Open Settings › Notifications and turn on push notifications so you hear about new messages and support replies.
