Turn on push

Open Settings › Notifications and tap Turn on. Your browser asks for permission; choose Allow.

• iPhone: install the app first (see Install the app). Safari tabs cannot receive notifications.
• Android and computer: works in Chrome, Edge and Firefox.

Choose what you hear about

Pick push and email per category: messages, payments, plan reminders, support replies and announcements.

Quiet hours

Set hours when push notifications stay silent. They still appear in the bell.

Not getting notifications?

• Check the permission in your phone or browser settings.
• On Android, make sure battery saver is not blocking the browser.
• Use Send a test notification in Settings to check the whole path.
